MATCOM Property Management has been managing real estate
in Minneapolis for over twenty years. We currently
manage over 200 properties, both residential and
commercial. These properties are located in downtown
Minneapolis, the Historic Warehouse District, the
East Hennepin/University retail corridor and the
University of Minnesota areas.
Our experienced office staff has extensive backgrounds
in rental relations and leasing. Our property managers
handle all showings, leasing and communication between
tenants and inverstors. Our property managers hold
Real Estate licenses and have Certified Residential
Management Program certification. Our accounting staff
handles all billing, accounts payable, monthly financial
statements, payroll, all tax forms and requirements,
budgeting and special assigments.
Our fulltime maintenance staff have completed Certified
Residential Maintenance Technician training through
the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association. They are experienced
in maintenance repair as well as build-outs, leasehold
improvements and new construction. We have a maintenance
staff of six fulltime employees and several seasonal
workers as well.
