Urban Park Apartments

Urban Park Apartments are conveniently located near freeway access, Knollwood Mall, Super Target, restaurants and other amenities in St. Louis Park. Situated off Hwy 169 and 36th St., this 5-year old building offers urban-style living in the suburbs. Urban Park consists of 90 units in a 4-story modern building with heated underground parking, fitness center, tanning booth, and party/community room. Our building is located adjacent to the walking/biking trail that connects to the Cedar Lake corridor of the Minneapolis bike trail system. Whitney Square

Whitney Square is located in the Warehouse District at 210 North 2nd Street in Minneapolis. The five-story neo-classic structure was renovated to its current condition in 1987. It now consists of 32 one and two bedroom condominiums on floors two through five, and commercial units on the main and lower levels. Each condominium has a fully equipped open kitchen including a dishwasher and garbage disposal as well as a spacious bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub.
