the increasing demand for housing near the University
of Minnesota campus, MATCOM has recognized the
need for quality housing in the University area.
Our goal has always been to provide safe, affordable,
convenient, and clean apartments for students at
the U of M.
Most of the buildings that MATCOM leases have been constructed and managed
by our company, thus we are very familiar with the properties. These
buildings were all built within the last twenty years and offer
living conveniences that many older apartments lack. MATCOM has a full
time maintenance crew that is available around the clock in case of emergencies.
Our qualified technicians handle service calls in a timely manner. We
make efforts to secure and protect properties while maintaining a high
standard for our tenants.

We
have three and five bedroom apartments,
specifically designed for students and
available in a variety of locations.

The five bedroom ( see floor plan ) apartments have two bathrooms,
spacious common areas, and a washer and dryer available to each unit.
MATCOM always pays water, waste removal.

Bedroom
Additional
utilities (Reliant Star, Xcel Energy, Qwest and
cable) are the tenants' responsibility. Parkingis
unique at each location; there is usually off-street
and/or street parking available for the tenant
and their guests. All leases are signed for a
term of one (1) year.
