We have over 20 years of experience managing student housing near the University of Minnesota.
Our goal has always been to provide safe, affordable,
convenient, and clean apartments for students at
the U of M.
Most of the buildings that MATCOM leases have been
constructed and managed by our company, thus we are
very familiar with the properties. These buildings
were all built in the 80's & 90's and offer
living conveniences that many older apartments lack.
MATCOM has a full time maintenance crew that is available
around the clock in case of emergencies. Our qualified
technicians handle service calls in a timely manner.
We make efforts to secure and protect properties
while maintaining a high standard for our tenants.
3 Bedroom
We
have three and five bedroom apartments,
specifically designed for students &
available in a variety of locations.
The
three bedroom ( see floor plan ) apartments have one bathroom, spacious
common areas, AC, off street parking, tenants pay only electric, and washer/dryer on site.
The five bedroom ( see
floor plan ) apartments have two bathrooms,
spacious common areas, central AC, off-street parking and washer/
dryer available to each unit. MATCOM pays water and trash service.

Bedroom
Additional
utilities (Xcel Energy, Qwest CenterPoint Energy
and Comcast) are the tenants' responsibility.
Parkingis unique at each location; there is usually
off-street and/or street parking available for
the tenant and their guests.
